Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management and outbound calling.
• Recommend bank products to meet customer needs in a courteous manner.
• Incorporate digital banking products into interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Manage lifecycle of relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Coach staff and monitor sales results.
• Handle branch operations including scheduling, opening/closing, vault cash.
• Perform teller transactions as needed.
