F.N.B. Corporation is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Clymer, PA to lead retail sales, manage referrals, and support branch operations. You will drive customer service excellence, coach staff, and ensure compliance with policies while promoting digital banking solutions.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cross-selling and building a personal referral network within a community bank setting.

Qualificações

• High School or GED required.
• 2 years of related experience preferred? (note: from HTML: 2 years of job related experience)
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.
• All employees must adhere to FNB policies and risk management program.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging leads and outbound calling.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend bank products and services.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Assist with daily sales activity through coaching and monitoring sales results.
• Coordinate operational duties including scheduling, directing, opening/closing, vault cash management, and teller transactions.
