• Use branch technology to input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Assist with daily sales activity through coaching and monitoring sales results.
• Coordinate and complete operational duties: scheduling, directing staff, opening/closing, vault cash, policy compliance.
• Perform teller transactions as needed.
• Undertake other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees act as risk managers by understanding and reporting risk per company policy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
