Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven managerial experience in a customer-facing environment with P&L and KPI use.
• Experience in people leadership and team development.
• Background in retail or industrial distribution environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 125 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service for internal and external customers and inquiries.
• Support outside sales in nurturing existing clients and new opportunities.
• Oversee daily financial processing activities, including cash reports and deposits.
• Maintain accuracy of back orders, open orders, and PO expedite reports.
• Maintain branch inventory levels of cylinders and hard goods.
• Lead inside sales training on products, policies, processes, and safety.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews for branch staff.
• Bridge between employees and management to align safety and operations.
