Job summary

Accenture seeks a Management Consulting Senior Manager for Banking. You will guide large-scale transformations leveraging AI, data, and automation, and mentor leaders while engaging C-suite stakeholders. Travel up to 80% is expected as you drive enterprise-wide strategies.

You will partner with Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver value across banking engagements, shaping modernized business and technology models and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or banking-related transformation.
• Experience leading complex programs and teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bonus: AI use-case deployment in banking workflows.
• Experience with channel modernization (branch, contact center, digital).
• Hands-on with generative AI solutions and prompt engineering.
• Familiar with cloud-native architectures and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise-wide data and AI strategies that align business goals with technology outcomes.
• Lead large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs leveraging AI, data, and automation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in AI, data, and banking technology and converting them into client value.
• Oversee delivery excellence across multiple engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and develop future leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver One Accenture value to clients.
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday – Thursday)
