Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned leader to drive Finance AI and Data Strategy, shaping transformations from vision to delivery across major finance functions. You will work with CFOs and senior leaders to turn strategic AI initiatives into funded roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

You will bring 5+ years in AI, data strategy, ROI modeling, and global delivery, with expertise in finance processes and responsible AI. Willingness to travel up to 80% and advanced degrees are valued.

5+ years fluency in AI & Data Strategy across Finance, HR, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute transformational Finance AI and Data strategies across vision, roadmap, and delivery.
Build trusted relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders as a thought partner on AI and data transformation.
Design AI and data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, and operating models, not just technology.
Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
Evaluate AI and data maturity across strategy, talent, operating model, and data infrastructure.
Sequence delivery of data elements and features using scaled agile disciplines.
Embed Responsible AI to build trust and differentiate, not as a checkbox.
Identify AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships to open new revenue streams.
