Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to help clients reinvent finance functions through AI, data strategy and new operating models. You will shape vision, build client relationships and outline roadmaps for AI-led transformation.

You will lead workstreams, assess maturity, define data strategy blocks and collaborate with ecosystem partners. Travel up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI and Data Strategy, incl. enterprise and function-specific data strategy, talent strategy, value-case development, data management, and data analysis.
• 3+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 3+ years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery in Finance processes, functions and/or systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data in finance processes.
• Define and structure an organization's AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI capabilities.
• Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, incl. tech platform blueprint and operating model.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps to deliver the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create AI-first product strategy and develop commercialization opportunities.
