Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategist to lead Finance AI and Data Strategy initiatives. You will shape the vision, build roadmaps, and partner with CFOs to define AI-enabled transformations that drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.

You will design data platforms, governance, and operating models across global teams to deliver impact. You’ll translate complex enterprise problems into actionable plans, manage multi‑stakeholder programs, and deliver measurable ROI while navigating time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI & Data Strategy across Finance, HR and Operations.
• 5+ years focused Finance AI and Data work with CFO-facing insight.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (12+ years total experience).
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape Finance AI and Data Strategy vision, roadmap, and delivery.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Design AI/data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, and operating models.
• Develop business cases and ROI models to fund sequenced roadmaps.
• Assess organizations' AI/data maturity and guide required changes.
• Lead end-to-end workstreams across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Lead globally distributed delivery across time zones and cultures.
• Engage with corporate Finance processes and systems with fluency.
