Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide banking strategy engagements across growth and operating model transformation.
• Set direction for large multi-workstream programs for banking and capital markets clients.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Build senior client relationships to position Accenture as a strategic partner.
• Identify trends in AI, digital assets, fintech and banking technology for client opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership through points of view and industry forums.
• Set AI agenda on engagements and connect client needs to Accenture's AI capabilities.
• Mentor and develop Managers and Consultants through coaching.
• Collaborate across Accenture to deliver integrated banking solutions.
