Job summary

Trustmark Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance retail banking systems, coordinate projects, document workflows, and develop procedures and training for frontline staff.

The role advances through Level I–III with increasing responsibilities, including testing, requirements gathering, UAT, and vendor coordination to ensure system integrity and efficient processes across Retail Banking.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in business or finance with relevant banking systems experience or equivalent.
• Experience in retail banking or banking systems and ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking workflows and products.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing concepts.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to document business processes and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative tasks for retail systems, coordinate enhancements, revise procedures, and train frontline staff.
• Document workflows, map processes, and support daily Retail Bank operations.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and test solutions.
• Review platform support issues, propose system or procedural changes, and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and update procedures, guidelines, and training materials for retail systems.
• Manage end-user access and conduct access reviews and reporting.
• Lead additional duties and special projects as assigned.
