Job summary

Flagstar Bank seeks an Application Systems Analyst to support core banking systems, analyze, implement, test, and configure interfacing apps. Collaboration with Retail Banking, Treasury Management, and other units is key.

The role focuses on system administration, project delivery, and ensuring compliant, reliable operations across enterprise initiatives. On-call after hours and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: 3+ Years in Banking Operations, Product Management, Systems Analyst or IT Systems/Application Support.

Responsibilities

• System Administration and Monitoring: upgrade, patching, troubleshooting, installation; document, track and report vendor issues; incident and problem management.
• Project Delivery and System Analysis: work with internal partners to design system solutions for online and mobile banking; ensure integration with enterprise initiatives.
• Additional Accountabilities: perform special projects and comply with regulatory policies; on-call for evenings and weekends.
