Job summary

Trustmark Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and administer Retail Banking systems and related projects. The role involves documenting processes, coordinating enhancements, and training frontline staff.

The analyst will work with IT and vendors to translate business needs into requirements, perform testing, and help ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met within Retail Banking operations.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in business or finance with 3 years of retail banking or banking systems experience.
• OR 6 years of retail banking or banking systems experience.
• Ability to document business processes and workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine admin functions for retail systems and coordinate enhancements and training.
• Document workflows and assist in testing initiatives for Retail systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT to capture business requirements and test defects.
• Create or update procedures and training materials for retail systems.
