Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and compliance.
• Guide customers through product offerings and digital tools with clear explanations.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and coordinate with partners as needed.
• Open/close transactions and balance cash and records accurately.
