Woodforest National Bank in Maryland's Cockeysville area is seeking a Banker to deliver the Woodforest Experience and build retail customer relationships with exceptional service and proactive product promotion.

You will handle teller-level branch duties, open accounts, promote digital tools, and maintain compliance while guiding customers through banking solutions. Strong communication, a team mindset, and flexibility for extended hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.
