Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker II in Maryland-Severn to deliver the Woodforest Experience through proactive customer service and product recommendations. You will work to grow retail relationships while maintaining strong operational standards in a fast-paced branch setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilités
