Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first point of contact and coordinate with internal partners as needed.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and compliance.
• Perform branch servicing duties including teller transactions, cash handling, balancing, and vault activities.
• Maintain operational excellence with accurate transaction processing and regulatory compliance.
• Support customers in using digital banking tools and platforms.
