Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banker in Missouri City, TX to deliver the Woodforest Experience and grow retail customer relationships. You will drive service excellence, promote banking solutions, and handle transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced branch environment.

The role emphasizes understanding customer financial needs, providing product explanations, and maintaining professional standards while supporting digital banking tools and community engagement.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsabilidades

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, using internal partners as needed.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explain complex solutions in a simple, understandable way.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience by creating warm, personalized interactions with every customer, every day.
