Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Mansfield, OH seeks a Banker to deliver the Woodforest Experience and grow retail customer relationships. You will promote banking solutions with proactive conversations and referrals, while maintaining strong service and compliance in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will handle teller tasks, account openings, and digital banking support to help customers navigate products and services with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, utilizing internal partners as needed.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing and account opening.
• Explain banking products and digital solutions clearly and simply.
