Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a full-time Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador in Logan, WV, delivering the Woodforest Experience and growing retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of banking products.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, uphold Woodforest's Core Values of Ownership, Service, Community and Integrity, and collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate transactions and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Explain complex banking solutions in a simple-to-understand way.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy.
