Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience. Build retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of banking products.

You will work in a fast-paced retail setting, open accounts, process transactions, explain complex solutions simply, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales and service goals while upholding Woodforest’s core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, using internal partners as needed.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explain complex banking solutions in a simple and understandable way.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience through warm, personalized customer interactions every day.
• Engage customers in conversations to understand financial needs and explain retail products and digital solutions clearly.
• Provide dependable, efficient service with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Support digital banking tools and platforms.
