Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide advisory services for real estate projects, guiding initiatives from initiation to closeout. You will work directly with clients to shape scope, budget, schedules, and governance while ensuring data integrity and governance compliance.

The role requires strong project management, risk mitigation, and the ability to lead teams and coach others.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, from initiation through closeout.
Work with clients to prepare scope of work, budgets, schedules and risk management.
Define resources, conduct bid evaluations, and recommend staffing to clients.
Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
Ensure data integrity and timely documentation across projects.
Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
Create action plans, track progress and report status and variances.
Identify threats and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
