Job summary

The Bank of Elk River is seeking a Retail Banking Operations Specialist to support consistent Retail operations across branches, owning procedures, delivering training, and administering systems. The role covers IRA/HSA, safe deposit, wire admin, digital banking, and related processes, plus audit support and project work.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with Jack Henry Banking, and a track record of improving processes and training delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with Jack Henry Banking software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Consumer Banking and Branch Managers to communicate process changes.
• Own retail procedure development, review, and updates; deliver training.
• Provide new hire training for Xperience, core systems, 20/20 Teller and related processes.
• Support retail project work and audits with operational expertise.
• Maintain knowledge of retail products and systems, and assist with reporting.
