Bank of Holly Springs is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support administration and coordination of retail banking operations across branch locations. You will liaise between branches and centralized departments, focusing on operational processes, compliance tracking, and documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication across departments.

Formación

• 2–4 years of banking experience (branch ops, teller or new accounts)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across departments
• Proficiency with core banking systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Track and compile branch exception reports and follow up on resolutions.
• Maintain operational logs and recordkeeping systems.
• Assist in scheduling branch audits, cash counts, and internal reviews.
• Assist in preparing operational reports for management and committee reporting.
• Assist staff with questions on procedures and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain procedure manuals, forms, and job aids with current versions.
• Monitor adherence to procedures and flag recurring issues.
• Assist with special projects in branch operations and process improvements.
• Perform reconciliations as directed by the Deposit Operations Manager.
• Assist with operational accounting duties including fixed assets, prepaids, and accounts payable.
