Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• 5 years’ experience in retail banking, including teller and account opening or branch operational experience.
• Experience on the Fiserv system is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development of the Retail Operations Specialists by establishing performance goals, providing coaching and mentoring, and encouraging professional growth.
• Review reports, data, and analyses prepared by the Retail Operations Specialists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform essential daily operational functions in the absence of the Retail Operations Specialists.
• Serve as the primary backup to the Director of Retail Operations, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of Retail Operations during periods of absence.
• Partner with the Director of Retail Operations on departmental and Bank-wide initiatives, projects, strategic objectives, operational priorities, Risk Assessments, Disaster Recovery testing, FDICIA testing.
• Represent the Retail Operations department in meetings, committees, and cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment with Retail leadership.
