You will ensure clear processes for account opening, maintenance, and transactions while collaborating with Security, Compliance, Audit, and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• Related bachelor’s degree and banking experience of 10+ years.
• Extensive knowledge of all deposit products and services.
• Familiarity with the principles of lending and Treasury Management.
• Proficient knowledge of and experience with platform, teller, and loan origination systems.
• Vendor Management including cash in transit and bank transaction systems.
• Up-to-date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch and contact center policies and procedures.
• Ensure clearly defined procedures for account opening, maintenance, and transaction processing.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Audit, and Digital partners to map a clear procedure road map for all Retail teams.
