Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking experience.
• Extensive knowledge of all deposit products and services.
• Strong platform and teller systems knowledge.
• Supervisory training and/or experience required.
• Knowledge of pertinent banking regulations and principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct branch operations and staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and banking regulations.
• Support business development efforts with the calling officers.
• Provide direct teller and customer service for the Shelburne branch.
• Assist with lending-related support functions.
