Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular, full-time position in the United States. The role focuses on providing timely and accurate client transactions while delivering superior service and guiding customers toward digital self-service options.

You will support sales activities and collaborate with branch teams to meet client needs. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, as is a willingness to learn and adhere to risk and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by client outreach, checking offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions for clients' needs.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
