Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time team member to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior service. The role supports outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities while adhering to policy and risk guidelines.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through digital self-service options, assisting with new accounts, and coordinating with branch staff to meet client needs. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with a courteous, solution-focused approach while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Advance product knowledge to better serve consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
