Job summary

The role involves educating clients on digital banking, participating in outbound outreach, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to meet client needs and branch goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes
• Weekend and/or extended hours with occasional travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking (ATMs, Online/Mobile)
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend trainings to expand product knowledge and service skills
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution
