Job summary

Truist seeks a full-time team member to process client transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records and delivering superior service. The role involves assisting with outbound calls and cross-training to support sales and IRM activities.

Candidates will help educate clients on digital banking tools and participate in ongoing training and policy adherence to ensure compliant, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales process with outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Attend meetings and training to advance product knowledge and service quality.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
