Job summary

BMO Denver Downtown branch is seeking a Branch Sales & Service Leader to guide teams in delivering outstanding service to customers and prospects. You will advise on financial products, make referrals, and drive branch growth while complying with regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes coaching, developing staff, and building strong internal networks to support customer objectives and wallet share growth.

Qualifications

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree.
• Previous supervisory or management experience - preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Advanced knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
• Working knowledge of branch operational processes and policies.
• Working knowledge of branch technologies, processes, and performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies, procedures, and directives.
• Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

Responsibilities

• Guides, directs, and coaches employees to deliver service to BMO customers and prospects.

• Develops and executes a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Contributes to customer retention and acquisition objectives.
• Probes to understand customer needs and integrates marketing promotions into conversations.
• Develops and maintains a community network to boost visibility and referrals.
• Maintains current knowledge of personal banking and credit card trends.
