You will deliver exceptional service, identify customer needs, and guide them to financial solutions across everyday banking, lending, and investments. You will work with branch partners to achieve strong customer experiences and business goals.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail banking, a related degree, and strong communication and compliance awareness to support a high-standard banking environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or consumer lending.
• Post-secondary degree in related field desirable.
• Knowledge of personal banking products and lending processes.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work across branches and channels.

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects and identifies customer needs.
• Provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments and tailor solutions (banking, investments, lending).
