Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in related field desirable.
• Knowledge of personal banking products and lending processes.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work across branches and channels.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects and identifies customer needs.
• Provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments and tailor solutions (banking, investments, lending).
