Loveland branch of BMO seeks an experienced branch leader to guide, direct, and coach staff in delivering exceptional service to customers and prospects. You will advise on products and strategies, identify referrals, and support sales and service activities to meet customer experience and profitability targets while complying with regulations.

Formación

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising or managing a team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
