BMO Financial Group in Chicago seeks a Branch Sales & Service Leader to guide, coach and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will identify customer needs, advise on financial products and services, and drive growth through referrals while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong ethics.

Key duties include developing a branch business plan, managing customer relationships, performing sales calls, and partnering with internal teams to meet service and profitability

Formación

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.

Responsabilidades

• Guides, directs, and coaches employees to deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Advices customers on products and strategies that meet their financial objectives.
• Develops and executes a branch business plan to maximize business growth and wallet share and achieve customer retention and acquisition objectives.
• Conducts sales calls, establishes a personal referral network, and other business development activities.
• Maintains a high-touch relationship with key branch customers and prospects within the market.
• Resolves customer related issues using knowledge of bank services, products, and processes.
