Responsibilities

• General supervision of all Office Retail Operations (New Accounts, Tellers, Safe Deposit, etc.).
• Hire, coach, and support retail staff in sales and customer service.
• Promote bank products and ensure a strong sales culture across staff.
• Periodic travel to Abilene or other regions for training; weekend/holiday hours may apply.
