Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Office Retail Operations: New Accounts, Tellers, CDs, and Customer Service.
• Hire, coach, and supervise retail staff; promote sales and service culture.
• Drive promotion of bank products and services to customers.
• Coordinate training; periodic travel to Abilene or other regions.
• Support branch hours including Saturdays/holidays as needed.
