• Process deposit and withdrawal transactions based on the Bank's policies and procedures.
• Answering phone and processing payments and other financial transactions.
• Provide customer service by selling and servicing all account products (checking, savings, CD, IRA).
• Cross trained in image capture processes and use of teller systems.
• Support the Customer Service First sales and service culture.
