You will participate in sales and marketing planning, gain hands-on experience across branches, and build customer relationships. Some travel to Abilene or other regions may be required, and Saturday/holiday hours may apply depending on location.

Qualifications

• High school graduate/equivalent is required; associate degree is preferred.
• Two years retail or banking experience is required; two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Basic math proficiency and aptitude.
• Demonstrated social/communication skills with a self-starter mentality.
• Ability to adjust to flexible hours and ability to sell products and services.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a variety of training activities to prepare for Retail Management.
• Engage in sales planning, marketing planning and marketing research.
• Support branch operations and customer relationship activities.
• Travel to Abilene or other bank regions for training as required.
• Maintain flexibility for Saturday and holiday hours based on branch operations.
