Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to deliver exceptional sales and service to customers.
• Develop and execute the branch business plan to grow wallet share and achieve retention/new acquisition goals.
• Conduct sales calls, establish referrals, and participate in community activities to expand the customer base.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
• Provide strategic advice to customers and refer to other business groups as needed.
