BMO is seeking a Retail Banking Sales & Service professional to lead customer interactions, sales, and service within a Wisconsin branch. You will coach staff, drive branch performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as part of a broader client-focused strategy.

You will engage in sales calls, referrals, and community networking to grow customer relationships, while delivering on annual targets and maintaining high service standards.

Formación

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work within regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead retail banking sales and service activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to grow wallet share and retention.
