BMO is seeking a Branch Sales & Service professional in Wisconsin to lead a high-touch customer experience and drive branch growth. You will coach staff, conduct sales calls, and build a personal referral network to meet banking objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You will advise customers on products and strategies that align with financial goals, develop branch business plans, and maintain strong community presence through local networking

Formación

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience - preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Working knowledge of branch operations and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes a branch business plan to maximize business growth and wallet share and achieve customer retention and acquisition objectives.
• Contributes to the achievement of business objectives by conducting sales calls, establishing a personal referral network, and other business development activities.
• Probes to understand customer banking needs and integrates promotions into conversations to provide strategic advice.
• Resolves customer issues using knowledge of bank services and processes.
