Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales/customer service experience.
• Prior in-store banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering strong branch performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first point of contact with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies.
• Explain complex banking solutions in a simple, understandable way.
