Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer service or retail sales experience.
• Ability to explain banking products clearly and up-sell when appropriate.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach inside/outside the branch.
• Open deposits and consumer loan accounts with accuracy and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent service while adhering to security protocols and safeguarding confidential information.
