Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor
• Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day
• Maintain all cleanliness standards for the sales floor and store overall
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
