Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and following customer experience principles.
• Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support the business.
• Role model established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
