Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Back-End Department Head to lead Logistics and E-Commerce operations, ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage. You will drive the Logistics Game Plan, maintain high fulfillment rates, and guide RTV/Customer Warranty processes while upholding Merchandise Standards on the sales floor.

As the BEDH, you will train Associates, manage receiving and pricing, and collaborate with Store Leadership to optimize operations and the customer

Qualifications

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations.
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Direct on-floor work and provide department training for Associates.
• Coordinate weekly department walks and create worklists aligned to strengths.
• Foster a culture where Associates enjoy work and Customers enjoy shopping.
• Maintain merchandise presence at high visual and stock levels to drive sales.
• Coach Associates to deliver an obsessed customer experience in line with e-commerce standards.
• Ensure receiving areas and equipment are clean, organized, and functional.
• Maintain floor plans, tag accuracy, and merchandise standards with the team.
• Oversee loss prevention compliance and safety practices.
