PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Retail Back End Department Head in Northbrook, IL. You will oversee logistics and e-commerce operations, ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage on the sales floor.

This role focuses on maintaining a 95% e-commerce fulfillment rate and guiding associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The BEDH will manage receiving standards, ticketing, markdowns, and cycle counts while partnering with store leadership to drive sales

• Oversee and support all Logistics and E-Commerce operations.
• Ensure product is in stock, accurately priced, and properly signed on the sales floor.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and provide departmental training.
• Collaborate with OM to review business state and create actionable worklists.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and enforce merchandising standards.
