PGA TOUR Superstore, Inc. is seeking a Back-End Department Head (BEDH) to lead Logistics and E‑Commerce operations and ensure product availability, accurate pricing and signage on the sales floor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Logistics and E‑Commerce operations to ensure on‑floor availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage.
• Lead and train Associates; communicate tasks and direction; drive a customer‑centric store experience.
• Conduct weekly department walks; create worklists aligned to department strengths; ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain loss prevention practices, floor plan accuracy, stock integrity, and safe work environment.
