Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore, a division of Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc., is seeking a Back-End Department Head to lead logistics and e-commerce operations. You will ensure product is in stock, correctly priced, and properly signed on the sales floor while mentoring Associates to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience with retail operations, pricing accuracy, and POS processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Logistics and E‑Commerce operations to ensure in-stock, accurately priced, and properly signed merchandise.
• Direct on-floor work assignments and provide departmental training for all Associates.
• Conduct weekly department walks with the OM to evaluate the state of the business and create worklists.
• Maintain compliance with Loss Prevention policies and store safety procedures.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and deposits as needed.
