Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is looking for an experienced BEDH to manage operations, logistics, and e‑commerce workflow. This role focuses on product availability, accurate pricing, and signage across the sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The BEDH will lead department staff, enforce merchandising standards, supervise receiving and cycle counts, and work with the OM to optimize weekly performance while upholding store safety and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement logistics plan to maintain a 95% e-commerce fulfillment rate and accurate pricing.
• Oversee all logistics and e‑commerce operations to ensure in‑stock, correctly priced merchandise.
• Direct on‑floor work, train associates, and review weekly business state with the OM.
• Maintain store merchandising standards, pricing changes, and cycle counts.
• Ensure loss prevention compliance and safe, clean receiving areas.
• Open/close store with cash handling and customer escalation duties.
